  We ship all of our orders via United States Postal service or UPS which ever is cheapest. We have found this provides you our valued customers with the cheapest and most reliable shipping option. Most orders ship out in about 7-14 business days from the time the order is received. If you need something faster we do ship by Next Day Air. Though, a higher shipping rate will apply with this shipping option and it is not available in all areas. Also, you should contact us in advance to make sure that Next Day Air is available in your area if you are thinking of using it.

  If there is ever anything more that we here at AZ Trading Post can do to help please feel free tell us. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products just return them with in 10 days of shipping date an it must be received in resaleable condition. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee for all return items. Also we do NOT REFUND any shipping charges of return items.

  If you are returning items due to product damage or defect you will be given an in-store credit towards the cost of the returned item or items and only the cost of the returned item or items. So, shipping charges of any kind are not reflected in the overall value of an in-store credit. Also, if the item is damage in shipping please make sure the shipper has been notified before notifying us and returning said items.
